Some calls hit different. We got dispatched to a serious wreck on Three Notch Rd, and what we found was the kind of scene that reminds you how fast everything can change. Two vehicles with heavy damage, debris scattered across the grass, first responders already on scene. Our crew geared up in high-vis and got to work.

The first thing we always do at an accident scene is assess. Before anything gets hooked up or loaded, we need to understand the full picture - where the vehicles ended up, what condition they're in, and how to move them safely without making things worse. One of the vehicles had come to rest on its side against a tree. That's not a straightforward tow. It takes the right equipment and a calm head.

Our flatbed was positioned and the deck dropped to ground level for recovery. Working alongside law enforcement and EMS, we coordinated the scene clearance so traffic could get moving and the road could be handed back over. That kind of teamwork matters. A chaotic scene gets worse fast when everyone isn't on the same page.

The best news out of all of it - everyone walked away. That's genuinely what we care about most. The vehicles can be replaced. The people can't. Our job is to handle the aftermath so the people involved don't have to worry about anything else in that moment.

Accidents don't follow a schedule. Neither do we. If you're ever in a situation where you need dependable emergency towing - whether it's a fender bender or something much worse - we're the crew that shows up ready to work.
