Highly, highly recommend ABC towing!! Sunday afternoon, I was in a wreck with my two young children (both still in car seats). It was a terrible experience I have never underwent, but they arrived promptly and went right into action. Beyond this, when no one else knew how to assist with getting my children’s car seats out of my wrecked car, Daniel stepped right up with no hesitation to help (even the cop attending the wreck was clueless I will add). He also went as far as taking pictures of my vehicle for me and sending them later on as I was to shaken up, in that moment, to take some myself. While this might seem like simple tasks, his job, at this moment, was to simply get my car where it was supposed to be/towed away, yet he took it upon himself to go above and beyond by doing these things. That shows a level of kindness that many, many companies today fail to show. With this, give this man, and those within his company (also all very kind from what I’ve seen) your business. ❤️
My tire blew out on 75. Totally shredded. I called he was there within 10min. Picked me up and took me to Walmart for a tire. He checked with them to make sure they had a tire (they didn’t) so he took me elsewhere. He double checked to make sure they had a good option. After two stops he didn’t charge a penny extra and made sure I was going to be able to get on my way. This is the guy you want to call when you are in trouble, he’s honest, truly cares about your safety and well being.
Great experience. He showed up quickly, moved my truck up a steep driveway into a spot other companies told me they couldn't, for way less money then the few companies that would was going to charge. If I could give more stars I would 10/10 would recommend

I needed a fifth wheel camper moved into a very tight spot. No one else could do the job but these guys had no problem. They also helped set up the camper and make sure it was leveled properly. Not only we’re they fast they were extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable . I would definitely recommend them for all of your towing/camper needs!

My car started smoking like it was on fire while I was heading southbound on I75. I pulled off the road and called ABC Towing. They arrived in about 35 minutes and took my car to the repair shop. Excellent service! Thank you for rescuing me 😍

These guys are amazing! If you need that rare good-hearted, honest mechanic, that you thought never existed, look no further! Daniel and Adam were amazing! We were stuck by the road with radiator fluid everywhere, thinking it was going to cost a fortune to fix not to mention tow. We called them and Daniel came, looked at the truck and said he thought he could just fix it there but if not he would at least save us a tow charge by bringing gallons of water and filling the truck. So Daniel came back with gallons of water and Adam and they just fixed the truck right there! Like it was that simple! And then...they didn't even charge us! No joke, these guys are unicorns!

If I could give this towing service triple the 5 stars, I would. Unbelievable service. Daniel's integrity to his job is unlike anything I have seen. A friend and I swerved off the road and into a ditch, completely totaling the car. He swooped right in and did everything so flawlessly. He treated everyone like family and even offered my friend and me a ride home. HIGHLY grateful, HIGHLY thankful, impressed isn't even proper to use here. If you are ever in a dire need of assistance on the side of the road, this company is for you. They will do LITERALLY everything they can to ease your mind and the situation. Also, we all had incredible conversations on our way home, very useful and wise words. Daniel is both hilarious and knows what is what. 100/10!
Daniel is a lifesaver! Has been towing and fixing mine and my kids cars ever since he rescued me (the first time 😆) when some critters used my car for warmth and munchies..He's the first I call and the one I recommend..Dependable, reliable and does a great job, I trust his word and I do not do that lightly. Had to call ABC Towing because I had hit an objet on interstate and blew out 2 tires. I spoke to Heather on phone and she had Daniel call me and he was alternating on his way to my location. He gave me a ride home and took my car to his shop. By lunch the next day I’m fixed and ready to go with 2 tires. The traffic was horrible and nobody was yielding to me on side of I-75. My wife was scared….but they took care of us like we were family!!!!

We are work campers and live in our camper as we work season to season at campgrounds around the country. Our bearings went out on the camper while on our way to another job and we lost a wheel on a major highway. Our insurance/roadside assistance could not find anyone who could get it to a repair place, but then Daniel responded. He was quickly in touch with us, very professional and knowledgeable and met us right away to get the trailer moved. I was extremely nervous because of the whole predicament but he reassured me so kindly and let me know it would be ok. He safely got our little home off the major highway and to the repair shop where he stayed with my husband to talk with the repair man. He was such a blessing to us for taking such good care of our home while he moved it. Wish I could give 10 stars!

It was a Sunday afternoon when I was driving through on I75 and my transmission failed as I pulled into a gas station off the first GA exit. Within a few minutes I found ABC and contacted them. They delivered the best service and experience I could possibly have asked for. They went way beyond, are very easy to work with, were very reasonable with prices, and did not take advantage of me being stranded. This is a family business, and they clearly have been in business as long as they have because they are good people, and deliver good service. I highly recommend.
They are awesome! Fantastic fast job for a good fair price, and did so last minute when original chosen service place declined once the car arrived. When the service department at Mountain View Dodge in Ringgold refused to even look at my vehicle after they agreed to do so on the phone, after having the car towed there, and not honoring the lifetime warranty they proclaim (apparently 14 years is a lifetime and my 2007 was too old in 2025)....said new hire for phone calls made a mistake scheduling it since they refuse to service all vehicles 15 years or older. So ABC rescued us by offering to look at and repair our car instead. Our problem was just with the serpentine belt too loose to work due to tension pulley broke and they found a too loose fan about to cause us problems. So got both fixed and they had it all done same day. True heroes in trucks and shops! Big thanks again!!!!

I broke down out of town with 4 small kids.. called ABC and the gentleman/owner of the company personally picked me and my children up and took us to a hotel that he recommended at 3am and had my vehicle fixed and deliver back to us at the hotel by 11:00 am.. One of the best. Honestly,if you are looking for a towing company, this company is it. My vehicles alternator burned out on me late at night. I called ABC in the very early morning. Daniel was very professional, nice and had a good sense of humor. I would say he went over and beyond to help me out. Within a very short amount of time after the call, Daniel was there to help. From coming to pick up my keys, getting my car loaded from a inconvenient place ( on a hill to avoid main traffic road), I am extremely happy with the service I recieved. Not only was ABC able to get my vehicle at the crack of dawn, they were also able to help me fix my alternator. If I ever need my car towed again, I will be calling this company. I highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Had a ball joint snap on my work vehicle at 5 in the morning in route to job. They picked me up, I transferred my things to my second vehicle, and was still on time. That same day, I picked up my fixed truck. As a business owner, I can't afford to miss a beat, and thanks to these guys, I didn't!

On our way to the Smokys, we stopped to eat lunch in Chattanooga. When we got out our truck wouldn't crank. We tried everything we could but it still wouldn't turn over. Most the places we called said that they were slammed! ABC towing came bright and early the next morning, towed the truck, and had it fixed with us back on the road by lunch! Absolutely wonderful experience with this company!!! They went above and beyond all expectations. I was broke down 10 hours from home in a thunderstorm on the 4th of July weekend. Broke down on 75 and called these folks. Not only did they show up in about 10 mins, the drivers first concern was our safety and getting us off the road. We were from out of town and the owner called me later that evening to tell me he went ahead and checked the car out, gave me the results and was able to repair it the next day. This was by far the most honest and reliable shop I have ever dealt with. Repair bill was spot on. If you have any issues in this area I would definitely call ABC. Thank you Daniel for all your help

Fantastic service!!! Car broke down they were there in 12 min for service. They checked on the spot for battery issues and do to it being that I purchased battery on the spot where it was broken down and they replaced it for me with no extra charge!!!

Awesome!!! Called and made arrangements to meet back at my car...arrived when they said they would b there. I was in a pickle since (it had become dark -- I had ridden my bike to meet) and I couldn't fit the bike in my car w/ a flat tire in the trunk since tire wasn't fixable, so the owner kindly followed me back to my house after throwing my bike in the back of his truck.....always nice to know there are still kind and willing people to go out of the way to be helpful! I will definitely use them again if the need ever arises and I will definitely recommend to my friends!

These men were really great, called two other companies before them and would have had to wait over an hour, ABC towing came out a lot faster than I had expected. I had a school activity bus break down on I-75 on Sunday November the 8th around 6pm. I made one call to ABC towing and repair. The very friendly gentleman picked up the bus, made sure all of the children were safe, then repaired the bus before noon the next day. I was home in Indiana when I made this call for the driver of the bus who was not sure where he was. The invoice for the tow and the repair was very reasonable, The Gentleman I spoke with was a pleasure to talk to. I can not speak highly enough about their service. If I am ever in the area, I will buy that man a beer. Thanks
Great Towing service fast priced wonderfully I had the misfortune of a ball joint breaking in a busy area at around 10 pm had a 20 minute or less response time was able to safely load and unload the blazer without damage price, speed, experience, time definitely a 5 star establishment
This place is great! They made it hassle free and boy were they fast. Daniel is really nice and knows what he is doing. I'd give it an extra star if I could. I hope I never need another tow again but if I do I know who to use!

Extremely professional. Clean and well maintained equipment. The driver, Daniel, assessed the situation, consulted with me about the approach, and had us out of a jam in no time. That doesn’t sound impressive until you know the rest of the story. The vehicle is 45 ft long and weighs 52000 pounds. It can be easily damaged if towed or winched incorrectly causing 10s of thousands of dollars. It is a very fancy and unique motorhome. I had it completely stuck in mud on one side. Based on Daniel’s knowledge and his willingness to listen to me the owner about what we could and could not do, NO DAMAGE was done to the coach despite my boneheaded move.
Prompt response to my service. Nice driver and got me back on the road within a couple of hours with out an overpriced bill like the one that was quoted from the dealership.
On our family vacation and our alternator went out on us. Not only did they try and save us as much money as possible by going to get the part and coming to us, but they did it with smiles on their faces (on a Saturday!) Even when they were doing the job in the hot, hot weather! If I lived closer, they would be the only ones allowed to touch my car!!! I had a tire blow out this evening. I am in my mid 60’s and I honestly am not sure I could have done it myself. I called and the nicest man was at my house in no time. I accidentally locked my keys in my car while in my garage (thankfully!) This company showed up late at night and had my car open in less than 5 minutes!!! 10/10 and they'd be the first people I call if I needed services again!!!!
I drive a black Lexus GS350. Had a blow out and did not have the lug key. Daniel came out and fixed me right up. Friendly and chatty the whole time. I use to be a mechanic so I know the trade. Would recommend.

Daniel was very polite and professional from the moment we first spoke on the phone. He quickly and knowingly asked about my situation and came prepared with the exact equipment to properly strap down a motorcycle. He’s very well experienced at properly strapping a bike down as he owns several himself. And it’s always unnerving watching someone strap your bike down and drive away with it. But it turned out to be in very good hands. He was very prompt in hauling it from where I malfunctioned in Lafayette, GA to my home in East Brainerd Chattanooga. And at about 9:30 pm on a very chilly evening on top of everything. Fairly priced also. Very good service overall. His number will forever be saved in my phone and I highly recommend his services to anyone in need.

He went the extra mile (literally) by driving me to the airport for a flight home. They made a difficult day better and I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a terrible breakdown, coming from GA to TN, on my way to surprise my mother for Thanksgiving! I called to see if I could get a spot rather soon and was told that at the moment they wouldn't be able to have me fixed until the following Monday and it was Saturday...So I denied their business and searched for another place...turns out they became my only choice. So I called back. The gentlemen, Jeremy if I remember correctly, convinced me that I maybe able to get better information directly from their mechanic and gave me his, Anthony's Auto Parts, information to contact. After contacting, Tony (Anthony Auto Parts], he explained he had already left but instructed me on leaving my car and that he might even have it ready on Sunday!!! I dropped it off and Lord behold Tony called Sunday AM and said not only was he able to see the issue, he had an extra part which happened to be what I needed and IT WOULD BE READY BY NOON ON SUNDAY!!! Because I continued my trip expecting my vehicle Monday when we planned for me to pick it up... I wouldn't be able get it until Monday, and he even offered to help transport from my bus stop to his shop to get my car!! This UGLY experience was tremendously lightened due to the hospitality of this Auto group!! So if you are ever coming through Ringold, GA call ABC TOWING AND REPAIR!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! EXTREMELY FAIR PRICES!!
My company had a situation where we could not get a piece of equipment loaded due to a mechanical issue. I called ABC and not only did he provide over the top customer service he actually advised me of other towing companies closer to my equipments locations to do the work. I called them and they didn't want the work. I called him back after talking with countless other wrecker services and he was onsite and had the equipment loaded with no issues. As a small business owner you can tell when a company actually cares about service, more than the money they make. ABC is one of those companies...I have added his number to my speed dial and will make sure that I do business again whith him when I have other equipment in this area. Top notch service, honesty and integrity.....fantastic company on every level.

I was broke down almost in the fast lane (flat tire) - pulling a trailer with a motorcycle in the back of the truck. Daniel was able to pull the truck and the trailer and fix the flat. I was back on the road in no time. Best towing experience I have ever had. These guys are just good people - very helpful. I recommend them to any and every one.
Excellent people to deal with, especially being someone from out of state and needing repair. Fair priced repair and they made sure I was all set before and after the repair. I was on my way to Florida from Michigan and had just crossed into Georgia when the car began to sound and shake like a freight train. The tire store in Michigan either broke a few lug nuts off or didn’t tighten them down. Knowing I needed repair and having my doubts about getting the car repaired at the Ford dealer in a timely manner I read a few of these reviews and called ABC. He said he could get the car on the road the next day. I peddled the car over to their office and met Tony there. After a little information he offered to drop me off at my hotel and checked to make sure I had gotten some dinner prior to. They called the next day, updated me on the issue and what the repair price would be. They had to source parts from 3 different part stores since none of them had everything to complete the repair (weird being a Ford Focus and it was only wheel bearings, lugs nuts and studs). They called up when the car was done, Tony picked me up in my car and we drove up to one of the fast food restaurants to meet the owner, get some lunch and square up on paying for the repair. Very nice, genuine people to deal with and I’m very happy with the repair. Thanks again ABC!
These guys helped me out late at night when another auto shop messed up my car. They went above and beyond, even going to bat for me when I had to get my money back from the previous people. They even got vets working there. Fantastic.
Ok, you know how you take your vehicle somewhere and you’re not sure if they know what they’re doing? This guy is great. He knew exactly what to do for my vehicle and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Stayed late in his office to wait on me to get there. They’re extremely laid back and talk to you like you’re family. Couldn't have had a better experience with ABC. Truck broke down over Memorial Day weekend and we live 9 hours away. They took the time out of their Memorial Day to give me a tow, replace my fuel pump and get me back on the road headed home at a fair price. I am extremely grateful for them and if I lived in the area they would definitely be my go to. These guys are as good as it gets!! A+

I was putting a boat in the water and the trailer went off the end of the ramp. The water was freezing and I had no idea how to get it out. I've never used ABC Towing before but we gave them a call. Daniel (the owner) came out and went right to work. He had to go up to his neck in water (again, it was FREEZING), and he was able to get the trailer out. Life saver! He was also super polite. I couldn't recommend more highly.

From the owner, Daniel answering the phone at 7:30 pm, to the tow truck arriving 10 minutes later and taking us to a hotel, to Daniels wife picking us up the next day after Daniel did the repairs, to be back on the road before noon after our breakdown on our trip. What an excellent group of people to have helping us thru an unfortunate situation. Reasonably priced with phenomenal care. We were out of town, and our transmission went out. I’m so fortunate to have found ABC Towing and Repair. I made arrangements to have the car towed back to Atlanta. I felt very comfortable dealing with this company. The owner was very helpful by calling when he picked up and dropped off the car, and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that the car was in good hands. Everything we arranged was handled professionally and as promised. The price was very reasonable, too. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

We got a flat tire at 330 am off of I-75 and Daniel arrived at 415, way earlier than our on star assistant told us. He was incredibly friendly, and very nice. He helped us get the spare on the car, gave us suggestions for mechanics nearby to replace the tire. Like he said, it was just a repair job on the tire. Very fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite. He even waited for us to get the car repacked and made sure we got back on the road safely. For three girls traveling alone, it was a huge relief. A great guy and great company.
Came into town from ohio and had problems with one of my cars and I called this company to tow my car i didnt realize they also work on cars and i am so glad cause he beat the price and fixed it and had it done in less than 24 hours went to pick up the car he fixed and dropped off my other car and very glad I did that cause he informed me of how dangerous the car was to drive the way it is. ABC Towing and Repair really helped me last night as they came promptly after hours to pull a truck a young man had inadvertently gotten stuck in mud in my field. They were professional yet friendly, and most importantly they were very safety conscious. They did a great job at a fair price and I highly recommend their service.
In August 2014 I needed a reliable & honest towing service, I was rescued by ABC Towing & Repair in Ringgold, GA. A friend referred me to ABC ~ mechanics are knowledgeable, polite, considerate, reliable, and family oriented. My truck needed repair on several things that could be tricky but no problem for ABC. My truck was repaired 09-03-2015 Thursday at a well known company in Atlanta only to be towed again the same day in Chattanooga TN. I was told I needed new or rebuilt motor..... Daniel H. @ ABC towed my truck from well known company on 10-19-2015, Monday to his business. It was repaired the next day, I have driven it everyday since. I have to say as a parent, I can't say enough great things about Johnny and this company. My 20 yr old broke down on the interstate by himself. We were 3 hrs away. They took care of him and our truck!! Calling anyone else is a big mistake!!
We were in a really bad pinch. I had a 16,000lbs forklift on a flatbed trailer. A tire had came off and hit another car. The owner came out and set with me until his semi trailer showed up. Then (in the cold rain) loaded our forklift, helped me chain my trailer axle so i could get home. After all this i expected a huge bill. They only charged us a quarter of what we expected, to go all the way home to South Carolina. Thanks so much guys.

I was stuck on top of Signal mountain along a dirt road. I called at least 10 different tow companies who all turned me down for various reasons. One of them eventually drove down the road as far as he dared but said his wrecker couldn’t make it and he referred me to ABC towing. I camped out in my van all night where I was stuck and in the morning I called ABC towing and the owner and his wife came out with their own personal Off Road ready Jeep and pulled me up the dirt road. It had rained the previous night and the road condition had become significantly worse but ABC towing was going to get me out no matter what and at a very reasonable price!! They were very friendly and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Thanks so much I really don’t know what I would have done without ABC towing!

Called my insurance company for a tow and ABC was available. Had never used them before but a great experience. Highly experienced and very helpful. Even though their first truck broke down on the way, they were still able to be there about 15 minutes after the original time. They are based out of Ringgold and I broke down on Signal Mountain. Keep them in mind when you need help.

Our tow truck driver’s name was Adam and he was excellent! Very friendly, very professional, and extremely helpful! Hopefully we don’t NEED a tow service again but, if we do, we will call Adam and ABC Towing! Prices were cheaper than anyone else in the area as well! I can honestly say that this was my first time riding in a tow truck and using a tow service.
