Suspension issues are sneaky. What starts as a weird noise or a slightly rough ride can turn into a real safety problem fast - and most people don't realize how quickly that line gets crossed. A vehicle that's leaning, clunking, or handling differently than normal isn't something you want to keep driving on and hoping for the best.

We got the call on this Ford Escape and got it hooked up and moving the right way. When the suspension is the concern, the last thing you want is more miles on it before a mechanic gets eyes on it. Getting it towed in rather than driven in is often the smarter call - and the safer one.

We used a wheel-lift setup to get the Escape up and secured properly. That approach keeps the vehicle stable during transport, which matters when you're already dealing with a suspension issue. No dragging it around. Just a clean, controlled pickup and a straight shot to where it needed to go.

If your vehicle is doing something it shouldn't - pulling, clunking, sitting lower on one side, riding rough - don't wait it out. Those symptoms don't usually fix themselves. We're based out of Ringgold, GA, and we're ready to roll when you need us.
