When the call came in at the 348 entrance ramp, we knew right away this wasn't going to be a simple tow. A vehicle had rolled off the roadway and ended up completely upside down in the field off the ramp - heavily damaged, debris scattered across a wide area, and first responders already on scene working to sort things out. This is exactly the kind of situation where having the right recovery team matters.

Accident scenes like this one require a lot more than just hooking up a vehicle and dragging it out. You've got law enforcement coordinating the scene, debris that needs to be carefully accounted for, and a vehicle that's no longer sitting on its wheels. Every move has to be deliberate. We work closely with the officers and emergency personnel on scene to make sure we're operating on their timeline and not creating any additional hazards.

That's something we take seriously every single time. When you're working a rollover, the vehicle is often structurally compromised in ways that aren't obvious at first glance. Getting it moved safely - without losing debris, without damaging anything further than it already is, and without putting anyone at risk - takes focus and experience. Our team in high-visibility gear walked the scene thoroughly before rigging anything up.

We're grateful to work alongside the first responders who handle the hardest parts of these calls. They do incredible work, and we're proud to be the crew they can count on to get the scene cleared correctly once they're ready for us. Nobody wants to have a day that ends with a call like this - but when it happens, we're going to show up and handle it right.

Accidents happen without warning. When they do, the last thing anyone needs is a recovery crew that shows up unprepared or cuts corners to move fast. Our emergency and accident scene services are built around doing this work the right way - safely, carefully, and with respect for everyone involved.
